Septic System Design and Site Plans - Price List 2011

Soils Analysis:

  • $450.00 Minimum per Parcel.
  • 4 hours minimum and then $75.00/hr. after.

Percolation Test:

  • $1,200 for 6 holes.

Topography and Existing Conditions:

  • $400 to $1,200 per Parcel.
  • Cost depends on project size, topographic severity, trees, and USGS Datum and Bench Mark location.
  • Does not include boundary survey.
  • Single family house on normal, platted, subdivision lot will be $550.

Designs:

  • $1,200 to $2,500 per Parcel.
  • Cost depends on project size and complexity, topography, type of soils, trees to remain, floodplain, wetlands, and overlapping government review agencies.
  • Plans include septic system design, permit application, proposed site plan, well location, possible swimming pool, other drainage features, utilities, and driveway.
  • Single family house on normal, platted, subdivision lot will be $1,200.

Inspections:

  • $250 per trip.

As Built Drawings:

  • $500 Minimum
  • $75 per hour topography
  • $125 per hour design

Consulting:

  • Free for Initial Site Review, if necessary, excluding soil testing.
  • $125 per hour at site with contractor, other municipal permits, zoning, planning, etc., after initial meeting.
